The information above was published on a small promo packet I obtained with several postcard-sized reprints of various works. It appears JB may have died right about the time these were going to production because a gold-embossed print overlay appears citing: "1932-1984 Thank you for the magic" and this is clearly an addition to the original packet. In further research I learned that JB died on May 10, 1984 of cancer. In a note on one of the documents I came across it stated that in a letter he wrote before his death, he said, "There really is magic in the universe. Thank you for being a part of it."
